School District Employee of the Month

Carl Jones Jr.
Vestal Central Schools

Congratulations to Mr. Carl Jones Jr. on being selected as BCT's School District Employee of the Month for February. Jr. Jones has worked within the district for 28 years in the facilities and grounds department. Carl has demonstrated his committment and dedication to the Vestal School District and it's students on a daily basis, and can always be counted on at a minutes notice.

Carl begins his shift at 7AM and then he's back at 8PM to secure the gates at Dick Hoover stadium for the night. Saturdays you might find him planting mums at the stadium with students earning community service hours. Carl has done setup for every graduation for the past 27 years, along with planting and nurturing all the flower arrangements you will see at the ceremonies.

Mr. Carl Jones Jr. epitomizes professionalism; his honest, compassionate, sincere dedication to our young people is an example to us all. BCT and the Vestal School District thank Mr .Carl Jones Jr. for his steadfast dedication to the students and families of the Vestal School District.
