With the variety of a cafeteria menu, BCT offers members other services that extend our commitment to excellent, personalized service. 

ATM Locations

Use your BCT Visa Debit Card free at BCT ATMs.  Both the Main Office and Branch Office have walk-up and drive-up ATMs for your convenience.  All ATMs are available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.  Click here for BCT Visa Debit Card information.

Phone Teller

BCT is always striving to provide its members with the best service possible. BCT Federal Credit Union’s Phone Teller service makes it easy to manage your finances.  It gives you 24-hour access to your savings and loan information. You can check your account balances, verify deposits, find out what checks have cleared, transfer funds between your accounts, make loan payments and request withdrawal by check.  You will need to complete and sign an authorization E-form. E-mail us, call or stop by one of our branch offices to obtain the form.  Once set-up, you can contact the Phone Teller at 607-724-3380.

Direct Deposit

Using Direct Deposit provides for your payments to be deposited automatically, so that you don’t have to get to our offices, to an ATM or even to a mailbox.  Our employer-based groups offer direct deposit of your paycheck to your BCT accounts.  Fill out a payroll deduction card at your organization’s payroll office today.  Even if you work elsewhere, many companies will allow your pay to be electronically deposited.  Your money will be waiting in your account on payday. On-line Services

You are most likely on school grounds during our regular operating hours.  BCT’s on-line services give you the freedom to manage your finances when it is convenient for you.  Free WebPay enables you to pay your bills from your living room without check fees, envelopes or even postage.  You can use E-Statement to print your monthly statement whenever it suits your schedule.  At our Internet Branch, you can check balances, see transactions and move funds as needed.
